Matrix Family Library Version 7.0 (October 2007) contains 773 weight matrices in 306 families classified into the following groups:

The vertebrate group represents binding site descriptions of 4040 transcription factors: The plant group represents binding site descriptions of 617 transcription factors from several plant species.
