GenomatixSuite is Genomatix integrated bioinformatics software bundle.

Two different bundles are available: GenomatixSuite and GenomatixSuite PE.

GenomatixSuite includes:

• ElDorado - Extended genome annotation.
• Gene2Promoter - Retrieve and analyze promoters.
• GEMS Launcher - Our integrated collection of sequence analysis tools including MatInspector and PromoterInspector.
• MatBase - The transcription factor knowledge base (full year accounts only)

GenomatixSuite PE includes all the above tools plus:

• BiblioSphere PathwayEdition - The next level of pathway/genomics analysis
