Your Personal Protocol

Introduction

GEMS Launcher allows users to view and edit the protocol of the tasks they used. The protocol page is available by clicking the protocol button in the top menu of each task.

Here is an example protocol page with some explanations:

Explanations

The example shows a protocol of the tasks that were used previously.

• The protocol includes the following information for each task used:
  • Execution date
  • Task name
  • Sequence file used (including number of sequences)
  • Link to result file
• The protocol can be edited by the user e.g. you can add comments to a task or delete some unimportant entries. Your changes will be saved by pressing the button "Save my changes to protocol" below the input window.
