September 28th, 2017 - Our most recent collaborative paper "Predicting stimulation-dependent enhancer-promoter interactions from ChIP-Seq time course data." has been published in the peerj online journal. The full text is available at peerj.com/articles/3742/.

 

April 5th, 2017 - Genomatix is a beneficiary of the MIDAS (Multiple Integration and Data Annotation Study) project funded by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Media, Energy and Technology. The aim is to improve characterization of rare diseases in children to enable better treatment.

 

August 1st, 2016 - Genomatix is a partner of the MODISTO project funded by the "Fachagentur Nachwachsende Rohstoffe" of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture. The aim of the project is to understand the metabolic pathways and active key organisms in different biogas generation processes and conditions. Genomatix will provide bioinformatics analyses within the project.

 

July 12th, 2016 - "5-Hydroxymethylcytosine Remodeling Precedes Lineage Specification during Differentiation of Human CD4(+) T Cells." is a new article with Genomatix co-authors. March 3rd, 2016 - Genomatix is an associated partner of the European Sepsis Academy project (ESA-ITN) funded by the European Commission. The aim of ESA-ITN is to break through the state of the art in sepsis diagnostics and to train early-stage researchers to determine the clinical potency of a variety of new complementary sepsis biomarkers.
